Distraction by Emily Snow is Live !

Distraction by Emily Snow

At the ripe old age of twenty-eight, Jamie Armstrong is sick of douchebags like the PA who told her she has an “ass made for screwing” on the first date. She wants commitment, and she’s got a list that she’s anxious to check off.

Baby (preferably twins, because two’s company).

Then she meets Mateo Bailon.

An attorney with a penchant for chains and kink, Mateo isn’t looking for commitment and he sure as hell doesn’t want marriage. Not again. He wants a distraction—a new way to forget his past—and Jamie’s his favorite kind of drug.

He just never counted on getting addicted.

My Review:

Distraction by Emily Snow is a stand-alone contemporary romance novel.
For better understanding I recommend to read Friction first.

I read Friction by Emily Snow and thought wow, just wow, how can she top this?
Yes she could and she has. Friction was Jace and Lucy’s book. Lucy’s story spins-off in Distraction.

Jamila-Jamie Armstrong is Lucy’s best friend and holds her hand in a pending lawsuit. She’s 28 year old a pediatric nurse, twin sister to Bella and wants the picked fence, a husband and babies.

And there is Mateo Bailon, 39 year old lawyer and victim of Lucy’s mistake. He doesn’t do love and relationships, but he wants Jamie, badly. He proposes to drop the lawsuit for a ONS.
And now the fun begins.
There is a strong heroine, a stubborn hero and great side characters.
I liked the words and I loved the writing. I could feel the characters emotions in the words.
I laughed, I cried and I suffered with them.
I give 5Stars. Thank you Emily Snow !
