Fret is live

Title: FRET

Series: Recoil Rock Series #4

Author: KE Osborn

Genre: Rocker Romance

Release: July 20, 2017

I know all about loss, and the resulting damage can do more harm than good.

Losing everything in one fell swoop… yeah, Karma’s definitely not on my side.

My life has been somewhat monotonous. Look after my twin. Play in the band. Party like a rock star.

Women have filtered in but never stayed, and now that my band mates have all settled down, I’m looking for something… more.

My problem? I’m a perfectionist, and I desire a particular type of woman. I don’t want groupies or fangirls, they’re not my scene anymore.

No, I want the perfect ten. And I’m counting on an internet dating guidance guru to help me find her.

But I’m not doing this alone. My brother’s friend and gallery manager, Alex, is along for the internet dating ride, and we’re doing this ‘dating thing’ together for support.

And in doing so, we’ve become the best of friends. Inseparable one would say.

Now with chaos surrounding me—being arrested, accosted by thugs, and all the drama that comes with my internet dating life—it’s forced a wedge between us, and I’m faced with losing her forever.

And it’s only now I see what’s been in front of me the whole time.

You don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone…

My Review:

Fret by K.E. Osborn is the fourth book in the Recoil Rock Series. Every book can be read as a stand-alone, but I recommend to read the books in order. Book one, Pick is Danger and Lunar’s book. Book two, Plucker, and my favorite in this series, is Ryan and Tillie’s book. Book three, Snare, is Nate and Zaria’s book. And now Fret. Fret is Matt and Alex’s book.
Matt is the bassist of Recoil and twin to Nate from Snare. He’s a womanizer, perfectionist and wants more.
And there is Alex. She’s Nate’s manager and curator at a gallery. She meets Matt and they click as friends. Together they start the adventure of online dating. Till Matt sees what was before his eyes the whole time.
Fret is written in a dual POV.
I really liked the hotness of the characters, their banter and their flirting.
I love the writing and I love the storyline. I love the words , I could feel the characters emotions in the words. And I LOVE; LOVE; LOVE the dedication !!
I recommend Fret and give 5 stars, thank you KE Osborn.

Australian author K E Osborn was born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia. With a background in graphic design and a flair for all things creative, she felt compelled to write the story brewing in her mind.

Writing gives her life purpose. It makes her feel, laugh, cry and get completely enveloped in the characters and their story lines. She feels completely at home when writing and wouldn’t consider doing anything else.
