High-school teacher West Connors struggled to put the pieces of his heart back together after the sudden departure of his best friend, Blake Thomas, from his life ten years ago. While loves have come and gone, West has never quite filled the hole in his heart Blake left behind.
Blake Thomas gets things done. As a handler for one of the top political fixers in the business, he focuses on work, friends, and one-night stands. He’s fooled himself into thinking he’s conquered the demons of his past until he runs into the best friend he was forced to leave behind when he was sixteen.
When their jobs force them into a fake relationship, Blake learns something about his childhood best friend and eventually about himself.
As they try to repair their damaged friendship, they find that moving forward can sometimes lead you back home.

Mondays with you by KJ Lewis is the second book in the Sunday Love Series.
Book one, Sunday Love, is Elise and Reid’s book and I loved it.
Book two, Mondays with You is West and Blake’s book and can easily be read as a standalone. But I recommend to read these awesome books in order.
West Connors is a teacher in NYC and struggles to piece his heart back together. His best friend since childhood left without a word. Blake Thomas is a successful handler, he fixes messes for politicals and VIPs. He works, has ONS and good friends. Nothing more.
Then his job forces West and him together, they have to pretend to be a couple. But have they to pretend?
West has mixed feelings, he’s happy that Blake’s alive, but also hurt, angry, is attracted and feels heat. Blake is straight but has a crazy chemistry with West and sparks fly. Quote: “I’m horny for another man. Five words I never imagined I would say.”- Blake.
The relationship between the two men is sizzling hot, the sex scenes are NSFW and I was hooked from page one. I read the book in one sitting, I couldn’t put it down. Mondays with You is a beautiful lovestory, beautifully written and beautifully told. I love the characters so much, I could feel their emotions in the words.
Favorite Quote: ” When someone shows you who the are, believe them.”
I recommend this book, give 5 stars and say thank you KJ Lewis!
